well i never...

(chairman of the board with jeans)
The picture above may give you an idea about how comfortable bespoke is. This gentleman is a client of mine who popped in to see me to re-order.
I was a little surprised to see he was wearing his last suit minus the trousers. As you can see he was in jeans and casual shoes. Wearing a classic grey worsted coat and waistcoat with jeans is something I'd never of considered. But I had to admit I thought he looked extremely comfortable and relaxed, yet very stylish.
Worked well I thought. What do you think?

He should try it with a tweed jacket and vest next time!

Not sure that the vest works well, but otherwise - why not? Then again, I'm from California. :)

Relaxed, yet very stylish? Hmm... I think it's time for a 'dance off' in my tweed jacket. ;-)

It does work very well. A look I could see my other half in. Maybe. If he possessed a decent jacket that is!! We don't have the lifestyle that requires anything other than waterproofs & fleeces now, more's the pity.

Works for me... throw in a pair of Converse high tops and it's perfect

Actually, about fifty percent of the time when I wear my navy bespoke suit jacket, I'm wearing jeans as well. It just fits in certain contexts in the Pacific Northwest and west coast of the USA. I suspect that we'll have additional discussion about this next time I order something from you.
I don't have the devil-may-care beard going, however, so I'm not quite as rakish looking as the gentleman pictured. Might need to work on that, it's a good look with the jacket!
Cheers.

It does not work. Thou shalt not wear jeans
